We provide all types of wall and wire sawing services. Wall Sawing is a general term for cutting out vertical sections of concrete such as exterior walls of a building or retaining walls of a bridge. Wall sawing equipment has many possible uses due to its compact size and versatile power. It can be used for removing equipment pads, create roof openings and sawing other concrete structures. All of our wall saws are power by hydraulic fluid or high-cycle electricity. These power sources make the wall sawing equipment compact and powerful enough to cut through 24 inch thick reinforced concrete walls. If the concrete is thicker than 24 inches thick, then a Wire Saw may be used to cut the massive piece of concrete, as desired. Wire Sawing is done by wrapping a diamond beaded stainless steel cable around a large section of concrete and then is turned on a drive wheel to slice the concrete section off to the desired size. Wire sawing is used to cut out large sections of concrete, such as dams, bridges and other concrete structures.
The advantage of wire sawing is that there is no limit to the depth that will need to be cut. In addition, the noise level is reduced considerably. This is a very safe option when large amounts of concrete are needed to be removed without causing damage to the surrounding structures.
